Magic in Your Hands

A Playdough Fairy Garden

Create a magical fairy garden with Play Sense playdough and natural or craft materials!

Perfect for ages 4+ | Supervision recommended | Great for group or individual play

Materials Needed:

  • Play Sense playdough
  • Natural items (flowers, pebbles)
  • Mini figurines (fairies, animals)
  • Beads, buttons, or craft gems
  • Tray, plate, or cardboard base

How to Play:

1. Create the Fairy Garden Base
Flatten a large piece of playdough onto a tray or plate. Shape pathways, ponds, or grassy areas using different colours.

2. Build Fairy Homes
Roll and shape playdough into tiny houses, mushroom huts, or tree stumps. Use twigs for doors, pebbles for stepping stones, and leaves for roofs.

3. Add Magical Details
Press beads, buttons, or craft gems into the playdough for sparkly decorations. Create tiny playdough flowers, toadstools, or stepping stones for extra charm.

4. Welcome the Fairies!
Place mini figurines or shape your own fairies and animals with playdough. Imagine stories about the fairies who live in your garden!

5. Play & Display!
Let kids tell stories, move the characters, and play in their enchanted world. Keep the garden for ongoing play or take a picture before reusing the playdough.
